A skull wearing,ice mage and unhinged albino Argonian who lives in the icy cavern within the Jerall Mountains.He spends most of his time creating ice spells and research about Daedric artifacts and other ancient relics,And he will trade with traders who pass through the Jerall Mountains for food,water and Skooma,Of which he is a addict of...One of his most unique experiments was when he mimicked the Forsworn Briarheart ritual,But instead he replaced his heart with a Wisp Core he had found on a expedition,And after the experiment he noticed that his ice magic had greatly increased in power and that he was immune to ice magic and the cold,Although it is unknown as to how he did it himself...Unlike most Argonians he is incredibly tall,lanky and skinny in appearance,But he is incredibly strong and can easily grab a full-grown Ice Troll and throw it with enough force to break said Trolls spine.Over his lengthy life he has heavily researched the Dovahkiin,Alduin,the Thu'um seemingly attempting to harness the power of the Thu'um or even resurrect a long dead ice dragon within the Jerall Mountains,But what is known is that his intentions are not pure as Stalks-In-Snow greatly despises all of the Races of Nirn for a unknown reason.A old book states that at one point their was a small clan of albino Argonians referred to as Frostbitten-Argonians and during the 3rd Era it was sieged by a group of mercenaries and the few survivors of the siege where taken as slaves,But a few were able to escape,But it is only a legend and one mostly lost to time as well,Although Stalks-In-Snow could be one of those original survivors.Thanks to his Wisp Core his lifespan has seemingly extended greatly and at this point his true age is a complete mystery.He always carries a homemade ice staff made from the branch of a frozen tree,And this staff is able to produce a shield of snow,ice and frostbitten winds to provide a defensive getaway and when fighting at long range it can fire a volley of ice.
