:3 Hey! [Contest is 2 weeks long] This is the mascot contest for the Dragon Council group! You will be designing a silly/serious/other lol mascot to represent the Dragon Council. This mascot will be a dragon or dragon adjacent (aka any animals in the draco family, like a drake, amphithere, or wyvern).Rules!: Digital and Pixelart allowed!
There must be some sort or ref sheet included in your post (it doesn't have to look nice, just has to be there) for future fanart use.
NO NSFW plz!!
