You can't enter a base as a piece of art, you can use a filled in base though. If your already entered in your first, just use something out of your first few! Dependent on how many people enter this contest, there will be a 4th and 5th place prize. 1st place is getting a shoutout, followed, likes on everything (palettes, photos, and art in your gallery) and 4 things reposted. 2nd place gets followed, likes on half the things, and has 3 things reposted. 3rd place gets followed, likes on a quarter of the things, and only 2 things reposted. 4th and 5th place have the same prize of 1 thing reposted and followed, but only a tenth of everything is liked per profile.
