Attacking a neutral power (Powatina), torture (SPOILER), child soldiers (Minimum age is five, the equivalent of being 13 for a human), targeting civilians (THIS IS BASICALLY ASHFOOT'S JOB, oh and also SPOILER), declaring no mercy (mages), using iron (...do I even have to explain this?), there's probably more but I don't feel like listing them.
