Invader Zim Palette

I converted the canon PMS color codes for Zim into hex colors! Since pixilart color palettes can only hold 15 colors, I had to remove the colors for the shirt and its shadow (which are a little different than his eye colors but it's hardly noticable), and the for the shadow on the eye on zim's contacts.
